The Orders setting controls the inclusion of overage charges in a Make Sale.

Under Business Rules > Local Services > CostGuardService > ServerName_CostGuardServer > Customer Management Settings, double-click Orders.

Check Auto Generate Overage Bill Payment at Make Sale. The system calculates any overage charges and includes the charges on the customer's next sale (including auto-renew). It also creates a report of customers and services having an Overage Amount Balance.
