Setup

To set up your business rules in Admin Console for OSG ViewPlus:

1. Select Business Rules > Local Services > CostGuard Services > <ENV>_CostGuardServer > Customer Management > OSG View Plus. The OSG ViewPlus window displays.

   1. Check the Enable... check boxes for each method of sending an invoice copy that you would like to enable.

   2. Check the Charge box for each method that you would like to charge for.

   3. Enter the SKU that is listed in the Product Catalog for each method that you are enabling.

   4. Enter a numeric Amount for each applicable method.

      Example: If you enter a "1," this indicates that you are charging $1.00 for each invoice copy.

2. Click Save to keep your changes.

You must have permissions enabled in Admin Console to make full use of the ViewPlus capability.

1. Open Admin Console and enable the following permissions:

   

To create a new OSG ViewPlus product, which is a billing product:

1. Select Applications > Product Management > Product Catalog

   

2. Complete the SKU and the Description fields.

3. Complete these fields as described:

   • Charge field is left blank

   • Charge Cycle must be Once.

   • Prorating Type is None.

   • You can check the Override Charge on Assignment to let user change the amount of the charge.

4. Click Save to save the new or edited product.
