Billing Orders Setup

Billing Orders configuration is via the MANAGE menu.

Access to the configuration functions described above requires Orders > Manage Configurations permission.

Enabling/Disabling View Billing Orders in Orders App

This setting controls whether or not Billing Orders are available in Orders. The Billing Orders Search will be available regardless of this setting; however, when disabled, clicking a Billing Order ID in the search results will take you to the Billing Order in Customer Care.

Select MANAGE > Global Settings and then click the edit (pencil) icon to enable toggling of the View Billing Orders in Orders App setting.

Customizing the Billing Order Detail Views

These settings let you manage the content of the various sections of the Billing Order page.

Note

These settings also apply to the Order Details view in Customer Care. You can configure the settings in either Customer Care or Orders and the configuration will impact the Billing Orders view in both modules.

The settings are organized much like the page’s layout. Select MANAGE > Billing Order Detail Views and then toggle the settings for each of the sections as needed. From this page you can also rearrange the fields you choose to display, and rename the fields.
