You can create your own criteria for tiered rating by creating your own Rating Method. User-defined Rating Methods are hunted in order of Rating Method ID (after system-defined tiered rating methods) within the Tiered Rating area. You can count the usage for all the services assigned to a customer toward the tiers that you set up. This can also be determined by usage type, time of day group, and distance.

Grouped By Account or By Service
By Usage Type
By Service Type
By Distance type
By Time of Day Group.
