SIM Card Search

You can search for a SIM card either by card number or IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber ID). You can also search for a range of SIMs.

To perform a SIM Card Search:

Access Applications > BackOffice Management > SIM Management > SIM Card Search. This displays the SIM Card Search window.

The SIM Card Search window displays the following information..

From SIM

To SIM

Enter a beginning SIM number and an ending SIM number to search on.

A SIM is a 20-digit number.

From IMSI

To IMSI

Enter a beginning IMSI number and an ending IMSI number to search on.

An IMSI is a 15-digit number.

Enter a range of numbers to search on, or enter just one SIM or one IMSI in either of the corresponding To or From fields to search for just one record.
Note
Wildcards may be used.
Click Search to initiate the search.

The SIM Card Search Results window displays the following information.

SIM Card Number	A unique 20-digit number that identifies a SIM Card.
IMSI	A 15-digit number that is used to identify a subscriber.
Service Number	A service number is displayed if one has been assigned to the corresponding SIM.
PIN1	Primary personal ID number (4 digits).
PIN2	Secondary personal ID number (4 digits).
PUK1	Primary Pin Unblocking Key (8 digits).
PUK2	Secondary Pin Unblocking Key (8 digits). Note If a GSM subscriber enters the wrong PIN three times in a row, the GSM handset remains locked until the corresponding PUK is entered.
