Viewing SIM Card File Status

After you have uploaded a SIM file, you may want to view the status by accessing the log files that are created:

  • Access Applications > BackOffice Management > SIM Management > SIM Card File Status. This displays the View SIM Card Status window.

  • Double click the log name to view the results in a .txt file.
