To set up and maintain the Service Categories table:
Under Data Management double-click Service Categories. This displays the Service Categories window.
The Service Categories window contains the following information.
Service Category ID (read only)
System-generated identifier that uniquely identifies the service category type record.
Description
Description of the service category type.
Usage Class
Type of usage of the service category.
Note
Service Categories are assigned to usage types within the usage type table.
