Return files can be created by the IDI Clearinghouse Service (Company Returns) or created by the ARP or by another carrier. You can view these files using the Clearinghouse Management application.
Once a return file has been generated, you can choose to View File Summary, View Details, Reprocess, or Return (Company Returns only - see Company Returns).
