To view a list Return Files:
From the Applications menu, select Clearinghouse Management > CIBER > Returns. A list of return files is displayed in the Files - Returns data table.
The Files - Returns data table contains the following information.
File name
The name of the Return file that was created or processed by the IDI Clearinghouse Service.
Process Date
The date the Return file was created or processed by the IDI Clearinghouse Service.
File Type
The type of file: Company Return, ARP Return, or Partner Return.
Records
The total number of records in the file (not including the headers and trailers).
Amount
The total monetary value contained in the records.
Duration
The total duration of usage in the file.
# Batches
The number of different batches in the file.
