Viewing Return File Summary

You can view a high level summary of the return files that were processed.

1. From the Files - Returns data table, right-click on the return file and select View File Summary. The data table containing a summary of each of the return files is displayed.

   

   The returns summary data table contains the following information.

   Return Code	The CIBER return code for the records.
   Reason Code	The Return Reason Code as defined by CIBER
   Field Identifier	The field that caused the return
   Record Count	The number of records summarized by Return Code, Reason Code, and Field Identifier in the return file.
   Amount	The total monetary value summarized by Return Code, Reason Code, and Field Identifier in the return file.
   Duration	The total duration of usage summarized by Return Code, Reason Code, and Field Identifier in the return file.
