Column	Notes
Icon	Represents the current status of the root order and its related orders as follows: If the root order is not yet complete, the icon indicates the status of the root order. If the root order is complete and at least one related order is not yet submitted, the icon indicates the status of the unsubmitted related order. If the root order is complete and at least one related order is submitted, the icon indicates the order is In Process.
Service Type	Service type of the affected service as well as the action performed as a result of the order, for example: *Swap Equipment, Wireless*.
Service Number	Service number of the affected service as it is currently in the UsgSvc table.
New Plan	New plan being added to this service as a result of this order. If there is not a change to the plan, then this column will be left blank.
New Contract	New contract being added to this service as a result of this order. If there is not a change to the contract, then this column will be left blank.
New Handset	New handset being added to this service as a result of this order. If there is not a change to the handset, then this column will be left blank.
New Serial Number	Serial number related to the new handset. If new handset is blank, then this value will also be blank.
New MSL	Service lock code related to the new handset. If new handset is blank, then this value will also be blank.
