Orders Tab - Retail Tab

The retail tab on the orders tab displays a list of retail products affected by the selected root level order and any related orders.

Column	Notes
Icon	Represents the current status of the root order and its related orders as follows: If the root order is not yet complete, the icon indicates the status of the root order. If the root order is complete and at least one related order is not yet submitted, the icon indicates the status of the unsubmitted related order. If the root order is complete and at least one related order is submitted, the icon indicates the order is In Process. A completed serialized item that is currently not associated with the related service displays a red "i" over the shopping cart to indicate that it is no longer active on that service.
SKU	SKU of the item being added or returned. This value is left blank for items that are on hold.
Description	System order detail description for on-hold items; otherwise it is populated from retail product description.
Serial Number	Retail products serial number if serialized and not on-hold; otherwise it is left blank.
Purchased	Quantity from any item associated with a related sale or sales request that is submitted, in process or completed.
Pending Fulfillment	Quantity from any item associated with a related fulfillment request that is not completed or cancelled.
Pending Return	Quantity from any item associated with a related return request that is not completed or cancelled.
Return	Quantity from any item associated with a related return or receive return that is completed.
Effective	Quantity from any item associated with a related sale or fulfillment sale that is submitted, in process or completed.
MSL	Retail products service lock code if it is serialized and not on hold; otherwise it is left blank.
