Resolved Known Issues
Functional Area | PR | Description |
|---|---|---|
Orders | 84982 | Protection plans sold via IDI Client not visible in Customer Care PR 84889 was deployed in IDI platform version 25.5 to address an issue where some protection plans were not visible in Customer Care when an order submitted via the IDI Client had two or more protection plans. PR 84982 improves logging to help troubleshooting future occurrences of this issue. |
Orders | 84983 | Service not disconnected after workflow completed When several instances of the Billing System Update workflow action are executing at the same time, a SQL deadlock can occur that causes some BSU steps to incorrectly skip creating the billing order. The retry logic has been improved by adding a short wait before trying again, reducing the chance of a billing order not being created. |
Orders | 84907 | Issue linking a service to a service address with an apostrophe Previously, submitting a web order with a service address that included an apostrophe (such as ST JOHN’S AVE N) could cause the web order to fail. This issue has been corrected. Orders with apostrophes included in the addresses will now process successfully. |
AdvancePay | 84950 | Hotlined AdvancePay account not restored as expected The AdvancePay Automation Job is responsible for restoring/hot-lining services based on recent changes to the account, in this case the allocation of new (unrated) units. The job only looked back five days for unrated data. If the account had not been rated between when the service was hotlined and new units added, the new units would not have been posted to the unit balance and the AdvancePay process would not see them and restore the service. The job has been updated look back 15 days. This gives the job a better chance to account for unit balance changes if the account has not been successfully rated in that timeframe. |
Treatment – Credit Scoring | 84971 | Credit Class Was Not Saved After updated by workbook When setting a credit class in the Credit Report Response workbook, the value was not being carried over to the Credit Scoring Order Changed workbook as expected. This occurred because the updated credit class was never saved. This has been fixed. The credit class is now properly saved and will appear in downstream workbooks as intended. |
Customer Portal – Administration | 84906 | Ticket Type selector not filtering for web-viewabletickets When configuring tickets on a profile (Tickets tab), the Ticket Type selector was not filtering to only list web-viewable ticket types. This caused another issue where the Ticket Category selector was empty, preventing users from properly categorizing and submitting tickets. Now the selector shows only web-viewable ticket types. Also, when you select a Ticket Type with associated categories, the Ticket Category selector lists relevant web-viewable options. |
Customer Portal – Administration | 84917 | User interfaceimprovement After adding one Support Type and then adding additional ones, the Assigned To User field for each new Support Type would populate with the same user as selected for the first Support Type. With this release, when you add a new Support Type, the Assigned To User field defaults to blank, requiring you to select an assignee. |
Customer Portal – Administration | 84920 | No notification when theme change resets top bar color When a custom top bar color is set and the theme is subsequently changed and saved, the custom top bar color resets to the new theme’s default. This behavior is correct; however, no notification was given which could lead to confusion. With this release, in the above scenario, an informational message is displayed to alert users to the color change. |
Customer Portal – Subscriber Experience | 84904 | Make Payment button displayed when notapplicable When a portal profile is configured to hide the Payment menu, the Make Payment button should not be available on the Current Balance widget on the Account Summary page. The logic controlling this did not check whether Paymentus was enabled for the environment, or whether the Payment menu was disabled on the profile. Consequently, the Make Payment button was available when it should not have been. The logic now performs these checks to ensure the button is not available when either check fails. |
Customer Portal – Subscriber Experience | 84936 | Incorrect descriptions of services and products Plan and service descriptions on the Plans & Services page were taken from generic descriptions which did not provide relevant information. The Plans & Services page now prioritizes and displays the Web Name, Alternate Invoice Description, or Description to provide relevant details. |
Customer Portal – Subscriber Experience | 84937 | Corporate account View As option hidden by long names Previously, when viewing corporate accounts and the Viewing Customer Portal as names were too long, the option to view as was hidden under the next column, preventing users from seeing and selecting accounts. The portal now handles long names to make the view as option visible. |
Customer Portal – Subscriber Experience | 84955 | Corporate accounts showing inactive billing status children The system previously searched for child accounts without a filter for active billing statuses and displayed both active and inactive billing accounts under the corporate account. The corporate account display now filters child accounts to show only those with an active billing status. |
Tax Management | 84986 | POS orders not evaluating taxes on retail orders IDI platform 25.6 introduced an issue related to checking tax classes. As a result, the system did not evaluate retail sales taxes on orders submitted through POS. The system now properly identifies and includes retail sales tax on orders through POS. |
