Under Backoffice Settings > Rating select the Front Ends node. This displays the Front Ends window.

Enter the appropriate information in the Front Ends window based on the following information:
Front Ends Options
Error Threshold
Enter the number of errors allowed in the front-end before the file is designated as bad.
Global Crossing
15 Digit Service Number
When checked, the system allows the OB2 format (Global Crossing) to pull a 15-digit service number for Outbound Dedicated calls.
When unchecked, the OB2 format uses the standard 10-digit service number for Outbound Dedicated Calls.
EMI
Classify 100101s as Local
When checked, 100101 record types that have "LOCAL CALL" in position 135 are assigned a Local call type.
When unchecked, 100101 record types that have "LOCAL CALL" in position 135 are also checked to see what is in position 123 to determine the call type.
Native Front End
Native Leave Leading Zeros
When checked, the system allows leading zeros on Originating and Terminating numbers.
When unchecked, leading zeros on Originating and Terminating numbers are removed during loading.
Ciber Front End
Use Called Place
When checked, the system uses the called place and state for calls made using the CIBER front end.
When unchecked, the system uses the serving place and state for calls made using the CIBER front end.
