Customer Care | 83986 | Timeout Error When Trying to View Error Message A timeout would occur on some web orders that had errors, when trying to view error messages on the Order’s Errors tab. The Errors tab would intermitently time out before loading, preventing users from viewing the error messages. The view that loads this information has been optimized to return without timing out. |
Orders/ | 84007 | Orderprocessing timeout A large number of ready-to-process provisioning orders was causing the system to time out, creating a large a backlog of orders. An index has been added to the order-processing code to let orders process successfully. |
Payment Processing | 83862 | Issue preventing payment batch files from being voided When attempting to void a batch payment file, an error in the logic prevented the file from being voided. This logic has been corrected and payment batch files can now be voided as needed. |
Network Receipts | 83966 | Invalid HTML in customer network receipts When attempting to download the customer version of a network receipt invalid HTML code would cause if the customer attempted to convert the receipt to PDF. The invalid HTML has been removed from the affected network receipts. |
Calix Provider Actions | 84060 | Automated ONT Provisioning with Static IP address A test in the Calix Server to decide if a static IP address should be sent was looking at the display value as opposed to the actual value. This caused a null value to be sent. The test has been updated to send the static IP address as needed. |
