Resolved Known Issues
Functional Area | PR | Description |
|---|---|---|
Customer Care | 82839 | State drop-down is empty in Care when edit existing customer – previous PR changed the contact control in Care to only list states if the country is USA or blank (and was not handling the null case). The code has been fixed to properly handle the null case. |
82851 | E-Pay bank accounts without tokens – A condition was not being properly handled by Care when making a payment with an epay account not tied to a payment gateway. This has been fixed so the logic around checking if the bank processing type of the epay account and the payment being made are different properly handles cases where the epay account is not associated to a gateway. | |
Workflow | 82845 | Payment Account Transaction Triggers Not Firing – When Payment Account Transaction was created or modified, it was using the wrong event code for the trigger (ex: paymentAccountTransaction_created) when it should use “payment_account_transaction_created”. It now uses the correct event code. |
N/A | Updated Workflow so users are not allowed to configure a splitter step with an infinite loop. | |
N/A | Added retry attempts when a timeout occurs with the Azure Service Bus so that Workflow does not process actions more than once. | |
OnlineBill | 82820 | The system was not properly handling user names with apostrophes, which would prevent such users from seeing their Billing Summary. This has been fixed (system properly handles user names with apostrophes). |
Misc. Web Apps | 82850 | Issue for users located in an area that has a positive timezone offset e.g. +5:00 versus -5:00. This release (18.12) fixes the issue in Customer Care, Tickets and Inventory. Other applications are scheduled to be fixed in 19.1. |
Customer General | 82841 | A previous enhancement to allow longer customer/contact names (up to 102 characters) resulted in several downstream issues ( for example, it broke the Aging 30 60 90 120 report). Affected tables, reports, sprocs and views have been updated to handle longer names. |
82814 | Fixed Usage detail/Available unit display to refresh data correctly. Previously changing the Bill Period in an Account’s Usage Summary page resulted in the upper “Charges” pane refreshing the values displayed to those of the newly selected Bill Period, but the lower “Available Units” pane continued to show the values of the Bill Period originally selected. | |
POS Make Sale | 82821 | Fixed serialized retail product page in POS so it only opens the page that prompts Please indicate the Equipment ID and Inventory Status of the item to be sold if the retail product is set to Prompt for Item Detail on Sales. Previously, when you entered a Serial Number and searched by Device ID at the start of a Make Sale Wizard, if the Serialized Product in question did not have the Prompt for Item Detail on Sales option checked in Product Catalog, the Item would populate directly into the main Make Sale screen without opening a Detail screen that says, Please indicate the Equipment ID and Inventory Status of the item to be sold. |
Usage Processing | 82781 | Fixed issue where multiple instances of a discount were on the same service. Previously, when more than one row was returned with the same SvcTypeID and ServiceNumber, one instance of the discount was incorrectly filtered from the Available Units grid view because the SvcTypeID & ServiceNumber were the same for two of the rows |
Corporate Accounts | 82793 | Disconnected child accounts with past due balances without new charges were creating invoices for child accounts but did not cause billing errors when the IR parent was disconnected and not generating its own invoice. RateBill will no longer delete an empty invoice for a disconnected corporate parent if it has NIR children that have an amount due. The following warning is issued by billing if it previously would have deleted the invoice: Corporate parent (%s) invoice delete suppressed due to NIR children having an amount due. |
82810 | Added more descriptive error to Billing operation when using Use Historical Corp Acct setting and complete corporate account hierarchy cannot be loaded. This addresses the issue where, when populating the InvoiceCorpAccts table, CostGuard was only adding data for accounts that billed in that period. | |
