The Cities table is used in conjunction with the State table to filter service numbers when inventory is used. To set up and maintain the Cities table:
Under Data Management, double-click Cities. This displays the Cities window.
The Cities window contains the following information.
ID
(read only)System-generated identifier that uniquely identifies the city record.
Name
The name of the city.
The shortcut menu for this table lets you add, edit and delete cities. See Working with Data Management Tables.
