At the Handset ID window, you can either use the customer-provided equipment or select equipment that is part of the order by selecting the appropriate radio button.
To use customer-provided equipment, enter the equipment's serial number into the Equipment ID field and click OK.
To use equipment from the order, select the line item from the lower part of the window and click OK.
