Phone Book | |
| If selected, authorized users have the ability to create and manage a phone book on services of this type. If cleared, services of this type will not support any phone book functionality; however, special number products can still be sold. Also, the fields below are enabled/disabled based on this option. |
| If selected, the Phone Book window is displayed when adding a service of this type via the Make Sale wizard. If cleared, the Phone Book window is not displayed when adding a service of this type via the Make Sale wizard.

| If selected, the Phone Book window is displayed when adding a feature to a service of this type via the Make Sale wizard. When cleared, the Phone Book window is not displayed when adding a feature to a service of this type via the Make Sale wizard.

| Lets you specify the maximum number of phone book entries allowed on services of this type. This field only accepts integer characters. No entry = unlimited number of phone numbers can be added to the phone book. |
Port Request | |
| If selected, the previous carrier's time zone is required on a port-in request. If cleared, the previous carrier's time zone is note required on a port-in request. |
Reconnect Threshold (in days) | The number of days within which the reconnection of a service can occur. Valid entries: blank (null); 0 to 36,500. Since many carriers recycle their service numbers after a specific time-period after the service has been disconnected, setting this threshold prevents the accidental re-assignment of a phone number that has already been assigned to a different subscriber by the carrier. If left blank (null), services can be reconnected no matter how long they've been disconnected. |
