The OSG ViewPlus feature allows carriers with the ViewPlus license to retrieve a PDF copy of a customer invoice from OSG. This is an improvement over having to store copies of invoices locally in order to provide an extra copy to a customer.
Note
ViewPlus is a licensable feature that has both permissions and business rule settings that need to be enabled.
From within the IDI Desktop client, a request is made to OSG that directs them to provide a copy of a specific invoice to a customer via:

Email
-
Fax, or a
-
Printed hard copy which will be mailed via USPS.
Each request adds an Order and a Journal Entry to the system.
Once a request has been received, OSG responds with a confirmation or error message.
