Reprinting an Invoice Within OnlineBill**

For OnlineBill Release 1.1 or higher, please refer to the OnlineBill Configuration Guide on E-Support.
If your customer has an OnlineBill account and a ViewPlus license, a copy of an invoice can be requested from OnlineBill.

To request a copy of an invoice from within OnlineBill:

1. Log in to OnlineBill and access the Invoice Overview.

2. Select an invoice from the View Invoice drop-down list.

   

3. Click Go. This will retrieve the PDF via OSG.
