Working with Pricing Plans

A pricing plan is the grouping of rate plans which are assigned to service numbers or customers. It is the pricing plan and its supporting rate plans that are used to cost calls.

Pricing Plans are set up in Product Catalog.

Once your rate plans are in place, configure pricing plans (see Adding and Editing Pricing Plans).

Best Practice

Since a pricing plan includes one or more rate plans, it is good practice to set up your rate plans first, then establish your pricing plans.
