The IDI platform lets you view service usage information in summary and detail views.
The Usage Summary view provides a breakdown of usage for a customer account by service. Each service in the customer account is represented as a row in the summary table with columns indicating total usage and charges for different usage categories. This summary combines wireline and wireless usage (presented on separate tabs) if the customer has both wireline and wireless services.
The Usage Detail view is available from the Usage Summary. The detail view provides a breakdown of usage by call. This view lets you apply credits to a usage item, manage disputes, and view discount details.
There are three ways to access the Usage Summary:

From an open invoice.

From the Last Invoice Information section on the Customer window Summary tab.
