The Service Number History window lets you view and track changes that have been made to a service number.
To view the Service Number History for a service:
From the Services tab, right-click on an existing service and select Properties > Service Number History.

The Service Number History option is only displayed if the permission to view it has been enabled.
The Service Number History window displays a list of the service numbers that have been assigned previously.

Event Date
Displays the date and time the event was entered.
Event Type
Displays the type of change that occurred can be one of the following:
Service Number From
The service number prior to the event.
Service Number To
The service number after the event.
Billing Number From
The Billing Number (MIN) prior to the event.
Billing Number To
The Billing Number (MIN) after the event.
Handset ID From
The serial number of the handset prior to the event.
Handset ID To
The serial number of the handset after the event.
SIM # From
The SIM Card number prior to the event.
SIM # To
The SIM Card number after the event.
Effective Date
Date and time the event will be effective.
Disconnect Date
Date and time the disconnect will occur.
User ID
The user who entered the event.
Is Port In
Whether or not the event was caused by a port in.
Note
A service number can only be modified via the Edit Service Number wizard.
