The Service History view lets you toggle between Service Number History (default), Feature History, Pricing Plan History, Plan History, and Starting Code grids.

Feature Grid
To view the feature history, click the FEATURE tab.

To view the plan history on a service, click the PLAN tab.

Starting Code Grid
To view starting codes on a service, click the STARTING CODE tab.

This view is used by carriers to confirm their sales people are using the correct starting codes and to see updated starting code names on previous orders after a change.
The Count column indicates the number of instances of the starting code on the service.
The Billing Order ID provides a clickable link that opens the Billing Order Detail page in Customer Care.
The POS Transaction Status for the root order is indicated as a column in the first (left) column. Hover over the icon to see the status in text.
Sorting, Exporting and Hover Text
For each of the grids, you can sort by most columns and the information is exportable. Hover text is available for each piece of data. This can help when the text exceeds the column width.
