If a piece of equipment is associated with a Customer Account, you can open that account from the Equipment Search Results list.
Find the equipment you want to view. See Equipment Search.
Right-click on the piece of equipment and select View Customer. This opens the Customer Account record associated with the selected equipment on the Summary page.
