Name of the equipment.

Reference Number

Used to cross-reference to another system or company that is associated with the equipment.

CLLI

Common Language Location Identifier. Used to identify the Wire Center Code associated with the equipment.

Service Number

Service number associated with the equipment.

Account Number

Customer account number associated with the equipment.

Equipment Address

Street Number
From / To

Number or range of the equipment's street address. (Does not accept wildcard characters.)

Street Name

Street name associated with the equipment.

City / State / Zip

Name of the city, the 2-letter designation of the state, and/or the Zip Code associated with the equipment.

Equipment Type

Select the type(s) of equipment from the list.

Equipment Status

Select the status(es) of the equipment from the list.

Inventory

Select the appropriate inventory(ies) from the list.

Wire Center

Select the name of the wire centers from the list.

Note:

List contains only those centers that have related equipment.

View Retired Equipment

Select this check box if you want to include equipment with a status of "Retired."

Click Clear to reset the search criteria.
