Equipment Search Results

When you click Search on the Equipment Search window, the Equipment Search Results window is displayed.

The Equipment Search Results contains the following information.

Inventory	Inventory name.
Equipment Type	Type of equipment.
Equipment Name	Name of the equipment.
Equipment Status	Status of the equipment.
Status Change Date	Date of the most recent change to the equipment’s status.
Available Date	Date that the equipment becomes available for assignment.
Equipment State	User-defined state of the equipment, such as damaged.
Customer Name	Name of the Customer associated with the equipment, if any.
Account Number	Customer Account Number associated with the equipment, if any.
Service Number	Service Number associated with the equipment, if any.
Wire Center	Wire Center associated with the equipment.
Reference Number	Used to cross-reference to another system or company associated with the equipment, if any.
CLLI	Common Language Location Identifier. Used to identify the Wire Center Code associated with the equipment.

The Equipment Search Results shortcut menu contains the following options.

Edit	Opens the Edit Equipment window for the currently selected item. You can also open this window by double-clicking on the item. See Editing Equipment.
Delete	Confirmation message that lets you delete the currently selected item. Note: Only items that have never been referenced can be deleted. See Deleting Equipment.
Retire	Confirmation message that lets you set the status of the selected item to Retired. Note: Only items with a status of Available or Not Available can be Retired. See Retiring Equipment.
Reinstate	Confirmation message that lets you set the status of the selected item to Available. Note: Only items with a status of Retired can be Reinstated. See Reinstating Equipment.
View History	Opens the Equipment History window and displays the inventory history for the selected item. See Viewing Equipment History.
View Parents	Opens another Equipment Search Results window displaying all of the Equipment which is a Parent to the selected item. See Viewing Parents.
View Children	Opens another Equipment Search Results window displaying all of the Equipment which is a Child of the selected item. See Viewing Children.
View Routes	Opens the Route Search Results window displaying the Routes associated with the selected item. See Viewing Line Card Routes.
View Journals	Opens the Equipment Journals Screen and displays the journals for the selected item. See Journal Entries, Follow-Ups, & Trouble Tickets
New	Opens the Add Equipment window and allows you to create a new piece of Equipment. See Adding Equipment to Inventory.
New Range	Opens the Add Equipment Range window and allows you to create multiple pieces of a single type of equipment at once. See Adding Equipment in a Range.

The Actions button on the Equipment Search Results window contains the following options.

View Equipment Grid

Opens the Equipment Grid window and displays data for all equipment which is currently displayed in the search results data grid. You may want to filter the Equipment Search Results before viewing the equipment grid.

Bulk Delete Equipment

Deletes all of the equipment listed in the Equipment Search Results window.

To limit the deletion, filter the list to show only those items to be deleted.
