You can view the routes on a line card from a customer record (see Viewing a Line Card). If you want to find routes associated with multiple customers, you can use the Line Card Route Search.
From the Applications menu, select Customer Management > Line Card Route Search. This displays the Line Card Route Search window.

The Line Card Route Search has the following search options.
Account Number
Customer account number. Accepts wildcards.
Customer Name
Customer name. Accepts wildcards.
Service Number
Service number associated with the route.
Order ID
Order number associated with the line card.
Service Address
Street Number From / To
Number or range of the route's street address. (Does not accept wildcard characters.)
Street
Name of the route's service address street.
City / State / Zip
Name of the city, the 2-letter designation of the state, and/or the Zip Code of the route.

Service Type
Type of service associated with the route.
Line Card Type
Kind of line card associated with the route.
Route Status
Status of the route.
Equipment Type
Type(s) of equipment from the list.
Equipment Status
Status(es) of the equipment from the list.
Wire Center
Name of the wire center(s) from the list.
Note:
List contains only those centers that have related equipment.
Enter the search criteria and click Search. This displays the Line Card Route Search Results data table.
Or
Click Clear to remove the search criteria. All routes are displayed if you click Search.

The Line Card Route Search Results contains the following information.
Route ID
System identifier of the route.
Service Number
Service number associated with the route.
Service Type
Type of service associated with the route.
Line Card Type
Kind of line card associated with the route.
Service Address
Address associated with the route.
Route Status
Current status of the route.
Account Number
Customer account number associated with the route.
Customer Name
Customer name.
Location
Location description of the route.
Order ID
Order number associated with the line card.
The shortcut menu contains the following options.
View Customer | Opens the Summary tab of the customer account record. |
View Line Card | Opens the Line Card associated with the selected route. |
View Service | Opens Catalog Items tab of the customer account record and highlights the service number associated with the route. |
The Actions button provides the following option.
View Equipment Grid | Equipment Grid by Line Card Route. You may want to filter the line card route search results before viewing the equipment grid. |
