Equipment Search

1. Click Search on the Applications menu to display the Search page .

2. Enter:

   • an equipment name or reference number OR

   • click a recent or bookmarked equipment (if available) OR

   • click More Options for additional search criteria

     The Search page supports the following search options:

• Equipment

  More

  • Search by Equipment Name or Reference Number

  • Click More Options for the following additional search criteria

    • Inventory

    • Equipment Type

    • Status

    • Site

    • CLLI

  • Search results return equipment, and link to the view equipment page

• Assignments

  More

  • Search by Customer Name, Account Number or Order ID

  • The search returns a Customer and an Order tab

  • Order ID must be an exact match, if entered

  • Entering Customer information (full or partial) returns the matches on customer, and the Orders for the customer

  • Search results link to the equipment assignment page for the customer or the order

• Locations

  More

  • Search by Customer Name, Account Number, Service Number, Address or Equipment Name

  • Click More Options for the following additional search criteria:

    • Service Type

    • Location Status

    • Site

    • Equipment Type

    • Equipment Status

  • Include Disconnected Services - This check box lets you choose whether or not to include disconnected services in the search results. The check box is unchecked (do not include disconnected services) by default.

  • The search returns a Location and an Equipment tab

  • Search results on both tabs link to the equipment assignment page for the location.

  • Search results where the Location ID is not a link indicate a left-in Location (no assignments exist)

  The page defaults to equipment search.

• Use the down arrow to choose a different search option.

• The blue heart icon lets you mark equipment, assignment or locations as the preferred search. Click again to clear the preference.

• The search results page has an Export option in the lower right corner.

Managing Recent and Bookmarked Searches

Each of these searches provides a list of recent search results to facilitate a quick return to a previous item. You may choose to bookmark a recent search result as well.

The recent and bookmarked lists may be cleared as needed.

Note

Favorites, Recent, and Bookmarked items use local storage. These settings will only be stored within the browser and local machine.
