To view the details of the system lock:
Right-click the locked object.
Select View. This displays the System Lock details window.

This item is currently locked by… displays the ID of who (or what) has the Fulfillment Request locked.
System Lock ID is the unique identifier of the system lock.
Acquired is the date and time the Fulfillment Request was locked.
Description is the action being performed on the Fulfillment Request that is locked.

Click Release. This unlocks the Fulfillment Request and removes it from the System Locks window.
Note:
Releasing a lock on a Fulfillment Request being worked can cause loss of data integrity. Verify with the user who has the Fulfillment Request locked that it should not be locked.
