You can access the usage notification templates via the Select Applications > BackOffice Management > Customer Notifications > Manage Templates menu (see Adding Templates), but also from the Usage Notifications Configurations window.
Click the Manage Templates link. This opens the Template Management window showing only Usage Notifications templates.
Note
To list the Default Usage Notification template, select the Show Protected Templates check box.
Follow the same steps to add templates, modify templates and edit template properties as you would any other templates. (See Managing Templates.)
When you access the templates from the Usage Notification Configuration window, only Usage Notifications can be selected in the Source field.
