Tax Management Main Form

The Tax Management form lets you view all federal, state and local taxes in the system.

Using Left Pane State List

The left pane contains a list of all states in the US, plus several pseudo states that represent other regions (for example FE for Federal, AA for Armed Forces Americas and so on). When you select a state (or region) from this list, the corresponding tax-related information is displayed in the upper right pane.

The information in this area is organized on four tabs:

Release Notes

When you select a tax in this area, if the selected tax is tiered, the tiers are displayed in the lower-right pane.

Left Pane Right-Click Menu Options

You may also right-click on a state (or region) in this list to view the following:

• View state details (same view as the Summary above)

• View lower level taxes:

  • County Taxes

  • Regional Taxes

  • City Taxes

• View a listing of:

  • Cities in the state

    To view City References:

    • Right-click on the state and select References Tables, then Cities to view the cities within the selected state. This displays the list of cities within the state.

      

  • Counties in the state

    To view County Reference by state:

    • From the Tax Management form, right-click on a state and select View References Table for > Counties to view the counties within that state.

      

      To view County Reference for all states:

      From the Applications menu, access Tax Management > View > County Reference to see all county listings.

      

  • ZIP Codes in the state

    To view ZIP Code References:

    • Right-click on the state and select References Tables, then Zipcodes to view the ZIP Codes within the selected state.
