Add Option to Include Future Disconnected Children on Disconnect Service Transactions
Disconnect Service web transactions now provide an option to update any child items under that service with a future end date that matches the disconnecting service’s end date. This option is presented under three scenarios:
Modifying a Service in the Orders Web Module.
The resulting pop-up that displays wen you perform the following steps for a Disconnect Service Transaction (shown below) now has a Include Future Disconnected Children checkbox checked by default:
Click the Modify Service icon in the left Actions icon panel.
Set Action = Disconnect, and select a service number in the right Modify Service Options panel.
Add the service to the transaction.

You can toggle the setting as needed.

Staging a Disconnecting Service
For a staged service being disconnected, the Service Details will show the current Include Future Disconnected Children setting. Below shows the details in read-only mode. You can switch to edit mode if you need to change the setting.

Starting a Transaction to Disconnect a Service in Customer Care

If you select a Starting Block with a Starting Action of Disconnect Service, the New Transaction page will display Disconnect Service Information for the selected service under the Basic Information panel, including the Include Future Disconnected Children check box.
