In addition to searching and viewing provisioning request details in Orders, you can also use the Search function in the Provisioning web application.

Enter a request ID or internal ID in the main search field or click More Options for additional criteria. The View menu provides filtering options related to regenerated requests:
All – This returns all requests (regenerated and non-regenerated) according to other entered criteria.
Latest Only – This returns the most recent request of any request thread according to other entered criteria. These requests will not be marked as regenerated. They may have a history of previous (regenerated) requests from which they were spawned, or they may be the only request in the thread (not spawned by a regenerate request).
Regenerated Only – This returns all requests that have been regenerated according to other entered criteria. This search will not show the latest request in the thread as it will not have been regenerated.
Note
The Task ID field can be particularly useful in combination with the View options. Task ID identifies the Workflow task for a specific provisioning request. This lets you search on a specific request thread (from root through all regenerated requests to the latest request).
