You can display the Detail view for a specific provisioning request by clicking the Request ID in the search results. This view defaults to EXTENDED INFORMATION.

Note
The Computation Type column indicates whether the system computed a property value.
A computation type of Variable indicates the system computed the value from a Variable list.
A computation type of State indicates the value was previously stored in the provisioning state system and populated on the request.
A NULL value indicates the value was populated on the order or the protection plan.
History Tab
The HISTORY tab lists all the regenerate requests. This is helpful if you want to trace all your steps and look at all the values and transactions that were sent.

Clicking a link under PROVISIONING REQUEST ID takes you to the Detail view for that request.
Provider Calls Tab
The PROVIDER CALLS tab on the Provisioning Request Details view lists all inbound calls from the Provider into the IDI platform and outbound calls from the IDI platform to the Provider.

Having this information at your disposal lets you begin troubleshooting any issues that may have occurred without having to rely on IDI support to extract the information from the provisioning system. Click on an ID to open the corresponding call details.

Variable Outcomes Tab
The VARIABLE OUTCOMES tab aids in troubleshooting. The system will display the Variable list and Outcome used to compute the value sent in the provisioning request.

Regenerated Requests
If the request has been regenerated, its marked with a Regenerated tag in the banner and regeneration information is provided in the lower left area.

Regenerated From: This indicates which request, the request you’re viewing, was regenerated from. In this example, you’re on request 4518, and It was regenerated from 4517. Clicking the hyperlink takes you to request 4517.
Root Regenerate From: This is the original request that was submitted. Clicking the hyperlink takes you to the root request, in this case 4514.
Regeneration Count: This indicates how many times the request has been regenerated.
