You can configure Tax Management to populate certain fields when you create a new tax. To set your preferences:
From the Tools menu, select Preferences > Tax Management. This displays the Preferences dialog.
You can set the following to be automatically populated when you create a new tax.
End Date of a tax.
Tax Class of the Tax on Usage (Calls).
Tax Class of the Tax on Products by Distance.
Whether the tax rate is a percentage or flat rate and the amount of that percentage or flat rate.
