The Phone Book page can be seen during a Make Sale and, once an order is completed, on a customer's existing service (see Accessing a Customer Phonebook). Special numbers cannot be deleted via the Phone Book form, nor can they be edited. The far left column on this form lets you differentiate between special (locked) and standard (no lock) entries. The presence of a lock icon 
in this column indicates a special number.
