You can quickly find only those retail items waiting to be programmed.
To view the Pending Programming list:
From the Applications menu, select POS Front Office > Fulfillment and Return Receiving > Pending Programming. This opens the Pending Programming window.

This window displays handsets and SIM cards with statuses of Submitted or Picked.

This check box limits the items displayed to those with a status of Picked.
Status icon
The Status indicates which step the handset or SIM card has reached in the fulfillment process. You will see one of two statuses:
Submitted: The handset or SIM Card is waiting to be picked, programmed, packed, and shipped.
Picked: The handset or SIM Card has been pulled from its storage location and is ready to be programmed.Transaction Date
The Transaction Date is the date and time the Fulfillment Request was created.
Receipt Number
The Receipt Number is the tracking number associated with the Fulfillment Request. This number is created when the system creates the Fulfillment Request. The number is based on the store abbreviation and register of the Sales Request location.
Status
The Status indicates which step the handset or SIM card has reached in the fulfillment process. You will see one of two statuses:
Submitted: The handset or SIM Card is waiting to be picked, programmed, packed, and shipped. Picked: The handset or SIM Card has been pulled from its storage location and is ready to be programmed.Service Number
The service number is the MDN associated with service being provided.
MIN
The MIN is the Mobile Identification Number associated with the Service Number and used by the switch.
Handset ID
The Handset ID is the manufacturer's serial number on the phone.
SIM Card ID
The SIM Card ID is the manufacturer's serial number on the SIM Card.
Store
The Store is the location where the Sales Request was created.
Fulfillment Location
The Fulfillment Location is the "store" where the associated sales request is filled.
Handset SKU
The Handset SKU is CostGuard's identifier for the type of phone being shipped.
SIM Card SKU
The SIM Card SKU is CostGuard's identifier for the type of SIM Card being shipped.
Shipping Provisioning Type
The Shipping Provisioning Type specifies whether the handset or SIM card is being shipped provisioned (hot) or unprovisioned (cold).
