Edit Order

Displays the Edit Order window which lets you change the Order Type, Source Code, Sales Channel, Order State, and Estimated Completion Date.

View > Order Tree

Displays a hierarchical view of order line items. From this view you can select an item and use the context menu to perform various order line item management functions such as edit, view history, view event log and so on.

View > Related Orders

Displays related orders (if any).

View > Network Receipt

View > CSR Pre Order

If applicable, the details of a CSR preorder will be displayed. (A CSR (customer service record) preorder contains information that has been returned from a provisioning company.)

View > Event Log

Displays events related to the order. The context menu on this form provides options for viewing event details.

View > Execution Plan

Displays the execution plan for the order (if applicable).

View > Journals

Provides a listing of journals related to the order.

View > LSR Order

An LSR order is a Local Service Request order that is generated by a task plan for a submitted order. It is sent to the order processor and forwarded to the appropriate LEC.

View > Order History

Displays a history of order processing, showing all related state changes.

View > Starting Code Entries

Displays a list of the starting codes (for guided assignment) used on this order.

View > Work Plans For Order

Displays work plan associated with the order (if any).

View > Work Plans For Order Line Items

Displays work plan associated with the order line items (if any).

Fulfillment > View Fulfillment Requests

Displays the Fulfillment Search Results window with all fulfillment requests for this order listed. From these results you can view, void or cancel the transaction, and display transaction details.
