Sprint sometimes assigns additional, lower level account numbers to some of their customers. If your company is assigned these lower-level identifying account numbers, you must enter them into this table so they will be included in the provisioning files sent to Sprint. These lower level account numbers are usually associated with your agents.
To set up and maintain this table:
Under Data Management double click NpaCISIDs. This displays the NpaCISIDs window.
The NpaCISIDs window contains the following information.
Npa
Area code associated with Sprint and your agent.
SSN2
SSN2 (second social security number) is the 9-digit lower-level account number associated with your agent and supplied by Sprint.
CISID
Unique identifier supplied by Sprint.
