This table defines OCN Tiers to group OCNs into tiers. The rater finds the OCN, checks for its tier and rates the call according to the rate associated with that tier. To use this, the rating method must be OCN Tier or OCN Tier to Tier. To set up and maintain this table:
Under Data Management double click OCN Tiers. This displays the OCN Tiers window.
The OCN Tiers window contains the following information.
OCN
Operating Company Number (OCN) included in the tier. This number can be found in the NPANXX table.
OCN Tier Type
OCN Tier Type is the name of a group of OCNs used for OCN tiered rating.
Provisioning Company
Provisioning Company associated with the tier.
Service Specification
Service Specification (type of service) associated with the tier.
