The Notification Queue window displays requests that are pending and/or in process, and the last five processed requests in the system. From the queue you view and manage notifications.
Note
When the service is restarted, the memory status of the service is cleared.
To view the Notification Queue screen:
Select Applications > BackOffice Management > Customer Notifications > Notification Queue. This displays a list of notifications in the the queue.

For each notification (row), the form shows the following information:
icon
Status of a notification that is in the queue. A black check mark indicates that the processing has been completed. A green circle with a white arrow indicates a notification that is in process or is pending.
Note
A notification that is in process will not have a completed date displayed.
ID
Template ID.
Template
Name of the template that generated the notification.
Delivery
Type of delivery, e-mail or file.
Records
Number of records queued.
Processed
Number of records processed.
Errors
Number of error records.
Queued At
Date/time the record(s) were queued.
Started At
Date/time the job began processing.
Completed At
Date/time the job finished processing.
From the queue you can view the batch for a notification. Either double-click or right-click on the row and select View Batch.
This displays the Notification History. Select a row and right-click to perform an action or use the action buttons above the grid.

From the Notification History you can:
View the Customer - This opens the customer's account (Customer Window)
Refresh - This lets you update the information after performing a resubmit.
