To resubmit a record:
Right-click the appropriate row and select Resubmit.
OR
Highlight the row and click the Resubmit button. 
This displays a confirmation dialog box.
Click OK to resubmit the record.
Note
You can only resubmit items based on templates that are configured as "safe for resubmit."
If there was an error or other need to resend the same request, right-click and select Resubmit Set or click the Resubmit Set button.
