You can set up the application to exclude specific NPAs, states, and NXX types when importing NNAG or NNACL information. You can also select an option to update the NNACL table with only records from the NNAG table that are effective on or before the current date.
In Administration Console, expand Business Rules > Local Services > BackgroundProcesses > servername_BackgroundProcesses.
Double-click NNAG - NNACL Configuration. This opens the NNAG - NNACL Configuration window.
The NNAG - NNACL Configuration window contains the following information.
Exclude NPAs
Enter the NPAs that you do not want to import.
Exclude States
Enter the States that you do not want to import
Exclude NXX Types
Enter the NXX types that you do not want to import
Process All Records <= The Process Date
Checked: Records in the NNAG table that are effective on or before the date you are processing them are added to the NNACL table.
Cleared: Only records in the NNAG table that are effective on the date you are processing them are added to the NNACL table.
Click Save.
