The NPANXX Active Code List (NNACL) is published quarterly by Telcordia. It contains all the active NPANXX codes as of the last day of the preceding month in which it is published. This list consists of eight files which must be processed together. The NNACL files have a naming convention of NNACLX where X is 2 – 9 representing the first number of the NPA.
