The import process starts as soon as the files are placed in the appropriate import folder in the eFrameNET directory of the server: InfoDirections\eFrameNET\Environments\environmentName\serverName_BackgroundProcess\NNACL Import\In.
The Background Processes Service processes the file. After a file is processed, it is moved into a \Done folder. A log file in the \Error folder contains status and error messages that the administrator can use to trouble-shoot the process, if necessary. The log file is based on the name of the NNACL import file. The log file is appended so old log entries are not lost. After all eight of the NNACL files have been loaded, two reports are created: NPANXXs that are in the NNACL table but not in the NNACL files and NPANXXs that are in the NNACL files but not in the NNACL table. Following the reports is an overall summary of records from all of the NNACL files.
Once all eight files have been processed, the records are moved to the NNACL table.
