You can view the current NNACL table before and/or after importing the new files. You can also make changes to the NNACL records using the shortcut menu.
To view the NNACL table:
In the IDI Desktop Client, select Applications > BackOffice Management > NNAG/NNACL Management > NNACL Search. This displays the NNACL Search window.

NPA(s)
Enter the 3-digit NPA, if known. You can enter multiple NPAs if you separate them with commas.
NXX(s)
Enter the 3-digit NXX, if known. You can enter multiple NXXs if you separate them with commas.
LATA(s)
Enter the 3-digit Lata number, if known. You can enter multiple LATAs if you separate them with commas.
OCN(s)
Enter the OCN number, if known. You can enter multiple OCN numbers if you separate them with commas.
State(s)
Enter the 2-character state designation, if known. You can enter multiple states if you separate them with commas.
Zone
Select all of the applicable zones.
Note
You can search by the default zone of 'Unassigned', or you can search by the names of the zones created in Data Management.
Click Search. This displays the NNACL table.

The Numbering Plan Area (Area Code)
NXX
The exchange or prefix
Is Local
Indication of whether or not your company has the right to sell local service in the NPANXX area.
Region Name
The name of the region your company has associated with the NPANXX
Local Prov Comp
The company that provides the local service.
Inter Prov Comp
The company that provides the long distance service.
Intra Prov Comp
The company that provides the extended local service.
Alt Inter Prov Comp
An alternative company that provides long distance service.
Alt Intra Prov Comp
An alternative company that provides the extended local service.
LATA
The LATA number of the switch.
OCN
The Operating Company Number of the local service provider assigned the NXX.
State
The name of the state associated with the NPANXX
Nxx Type
The type used for the NXX as defined by Telcordia.
SSC
The Special Service Code, used with the NXX, further defines special use of the NPANXX.
Rate Center Name
The name of the area within the exchange
Switch Ident
The description of the switch that routes the calls. Usually the COMMON LANGUAGE® Location Identifier (CLLI™).

IsPortable
Y indicates some numbers may be ported to another company.
Update Settings
Provisioning Company
From the drop-down list, select the Provisioning Company that you want to associate with the selected NPANXX.
This list is maintained in Admin Console under the RealTime Provisioning local service.
Note
If you select Update Row from the shortcut menu, the provisioning company is the same for Local, Inter, and Intra.
Region Name
From the drop-down list, select the Region that you want to associate with the selected NPANXX.
IsLocal
Checked: Your company has the right to sell local service in the selected NPANXX area.
Unchecked: You company cannot sell local service in the selected NPANXX area.
