Modifying an Existing Service

To modify an existing service from the Make Sale, POS Product Catalog Search results window:

1. Perform a Catalog Item search. (More)

2. Double click on the line item from the POS Product Search window.

   This displays the Make Sale Wizard Service Options.

3. Select one of the following options from the window:

   • Create a new service

   • Modify a service within this sale/service number drop down list

   • Upgrade an existing service

   • Renew an existing service

4. Click Next.

5. Select a service number and click Next.

   (Show Picture)

   

6. Select the appropriate information from the drop down lists and click Next.

   (Show Picture)

   

7. Click Finish. This displays the added services.
