Loadable files are created from Incollect files via the IDI Clearinghouse Service. The loadable files are used to rate and bill usage that your subscribers generated while roaming in one of your Roaming Partners' home areas.
Once a Loadable file has been created, you can choose to View Details of the file through Clearinghouse Management.
